Rent is $680.00 per month for an academic year contract (August to May), which is a 10% savings for WIS House residents.

Residents are also responsible for electricity (avg. $40 per month) and the communication package ($50 per month) that includes basic cable television, local telephone service featuring voice mail and high speed Internet. Charges are per person per month.

A non-refundable $45 fee is due at the time of application, and all apartment contracts require a $400 pre-payment at the time the contract is signed.
