School of Science students with 80+ credit hours may apply for a senior audit. Senior audits provide students with a detailed account of how their IUPUI and/or transfer classes will count towards their science major. Senior audits should be requested at least one year (two semesters) in advance of a student's graduation date.

Students are provided only one senior audit. The completed request form should be delivered to the Dean's Office in LD 222 or faxed to 317/274-0628.

Partial Acceptance/Senior Audit Transfer Form

Students who are admitted into the School of Science with 80+ credit hours are sent a Partial Acceptance/Senior Audit Transfer Form. This audit provides students with a detailed account of how their IUPUI and/or transfer classes will count towards their science major.

Students who are admitted to Science with a Partial Acceptance/Senior Audit Transfer Form are not eligible to receive any additional audits, unless the student changes major.
