A student who is one semester from graduating should complete the following steps.

May Graduates

1. File an application with the School of Science Dean's Office in LD 222 by October 1.

2. Register for the CANDIDATE course (authorization is required by undergraduate students for CAND 991).

3. Complete Senior Survey by March 1. Information regarding survey will be e-mailed to students prior to March deadline.

August Graduates

1. File an application with the School of Science Dean's Office in LD 222 by February 1.

2. Register for the CANDIDATE course (authorization is required by undergraduate students for CAND 991).

3. Complete Senior Survey by March 1. Information regarding survey will be e-mailed to students prior to March deadline.

December Graduates

1. File an application with the School of Science Dean's Office in LD 222 by May 1.

2. Register for the CANDIDATE course (authorization is required by undergraduate students for CAND 991).

3. Complete Senior Survey by November 1. Information regarding survey will be e-mailed to students prior to November deadline.
